Our spiral leavening system promotes natural leavening of baked goods and pastries before baking. The process takes place inside an insulated stainless steel cell , which allows for precise monitoring of temperature and humidity . The quality and accuracy of the leavening treatment ensure that the product, placed directly on the T-Worth belt, in a pan or on special supports, does not stick to the support surface, thus avoiding mechanical deformation of its shape.
Thanks to its spiral configuration, the leavening system allows to make the most of the space in height, minimizing the space occupied in plan and adapting to every production need of the customer. The T-Worth belt , completely in stainless steel, and the special construction system without drum that allows easy access to every part of the spiral, also allow high ease of maintenance and compliance with the high hygiene and health standards required by the food industry .
