Designed to preserve the quality of the frying oil over time
Our diathermic oil industrial fryer is available with different types of belts to meet the requirements of particular products and the specific needs of the customer, and it is suitable for use in various sectors including meat, fish, snack, confectionery, donuts, krafpen, bakery and pet food.
Our diathermic oil heat exchanger immersed in a special frying tank allows to reduce the temperature difference between the heat source and the frying basin to a minimum, increase the response and temperature adjustment speed, and maintain the frying oil as static as possible.
In addition, the perimetral glass closure allows you to visually inspect production. The frying tank is completely removable, for easy and quick cleaning and maintenance of the machine.
Strengths
CONTINUOUS ELIMINATION OF RESIDUE DEPOSITS FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE MACHINE
A flat conveyor scrapes the deposits on the bottom of the frying basin and pushes them, through a cochlea, towards the filter system.
ACCURATE CONTROL OF THE FRYING PROCESS
Thanks to a system that handles automatically the frying basin’s filling/emptying and its self-cleaning processes.
ACCURATE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Temperature can be controlled in one or more zones of the machine by means of the electronic control valves.
ELIMINATION OF FUMES AND CONDENSATION DROPPING INTO THE OIL
Thanks to an effective and low-noise hood system with inspection panels, stainless steel filters and forced extraction.
